Your story, made simple.

Strategic. Human.

This is a content and messaging studio, helping changemakers find the narrative that lives at the heart of what they do — and communicate it in a way that actually lands.

Welcome to Petal Press Stories.

I am Anahita — storyteller, strategist, and the mind behind Petal Press Stories.

How can I help

I write.
I think, shape, and deliver.

After a decade across three countries and every kind of organisation, the brief is rarely the real question. Petal Press helps social purpose organisations and startups find it — then builds the strategy, content, and campaigns to answer it, tailored around your mission, your audience, and your budget.

  • Before any content goes out, there needs to be a plan worth believing in.
I work with organisations to audit what's working, untangle what isn't, and build a communications strategy that actually holds together — covering channel selection, messaging frameworks, audience mapping, and annual planning.

Whether you are starting from scratch or rethinking your approach, I help you get clear on what you're saying, who you're saying it to, and why it matters.

  • This is where strategy becomes something people read, share, and remember.

I write and shape content across formats and channels — long-form articles, op-eds, thought leadership pieces, and interviews; social media content from strategy through to post-by-post execution; email marketing including eDMs and newsletters for internal and external audiences; and publications like impact booklets, reports, and editorial series, conceived, written, and seen through to print and digital distribution.

Whatever the format, the goal is always the same: a clear story, told well.

  • I run campaigns end to end — from the brief to the wrap report.
That means developing the strategy, shaping the creative direction, coordinating across designers, agencies, videographers, and stakeholders, and managing execution across digital and print channels.

I don't hand over a plan and disappear. I stay in it: scheduling, producing, troubleshooting, and reporting on what landed and why.
If there's a launch, a moment, or a message that needs to move people — this is the work I love most.

  • Sometimes the best investment isn't outsourcing the work — it's building the capacity to do it well, from the inside.

I design and deliver workshops that upskill teams across the full communications toolkit: social media strategy and content creation, newsletter and eDM production, campaign planning, video scripting and briefing, software tools, and storytelling fundamentals.

Sessions are practical, tailored to your team's context, and built around real-world application — not just theory.
